I needed to buy this in order to make use of the carseat towards the bottom position but among the extender piece that accompany it(to be used on the top to increase the chair out for additional room about the lower chair) doesn’t click in completely, should you pull on it it comes down right out. It should be a poor piece because anything else clicks in only fine. I’ll give them a call and hopefully they’ll send us a new piece. Costly for any metal bar produced in china. I known as Britax plus they were very accomadating and shipped us a new extender piece 24 hour. Great customer support.
